Everyone was very nice and helpful but, when I made the appointment, I answered a ton of questions over the phone. The usual, allergies, meds I'm taking, etc. I gave all the health insurance information on the phone. Then, I get an email asking me to fill out the exact same information on an online form. So, I filled that out too. When I showed up, they handed me a stack of papers with all the same questions. Seems a bit cumbersome. Also, had I known there was going to be a 195 charge up front, I probably wouldn't have made the appointment. That being said, the Dr was very nice and explained everything great.

I had an excellent experience with this office. Team was very friendly. I felt very safe in terms of COVID and their protocols. I was seen on time, educated on the treatment plan and impressed with the technology the office utilizes. Everything was top notch. I highly recommend.

Staff was great very friendly! Dr Pierce was thorough when explaining procedure. The only thing I didn’t like was how much the co pay was. I should of been told up front in case I could not have afforded it.

Thank you Dr. Pierce for explaining in detail everything the procedure entails. It put me at ease knowing exactly what you are going to do. Having my teeth worked on has always caused me much anxiety however you put me at ease. Thank you again :)
