So it's a very intriguing place, but first the facts my room was clean the bed was comfortable pillows were good shower pressure was okay. Everybody was friendly. However we didn't have a fire alarm go off at 3 in the morning because there was some youngsters I guess upstairs doing things they weren't supposed to be doing. I'm sure that's a very rare occurrence but it was addressed and the front desk manager handle it appropriately so I appreciate that thank you

The attention was very nice, the room was very clean, in the lobby they speak Spanish and English, so that you feel comfortable. Muy limpio lo recomiendo

Check in and check out was easy. I did not like the area but after a 18 hour drive, we called this hotel over the phone and booked. We stayed here 3 nights end of December 2020. Beds were comfortable. Microwave and Fridge in room which was a lifesaver. Bathroom was dirty. I travel with cleaning supplies so I cleaned it myself but I did notify front office manager. Husband called front desk and asked for towels and was told they did not have anymore but to no housekeeping staff was working on holiday. This was NYE. I will not stay here again.

Friendly staff at check-in. Nice clean updated room. Low water pressure in shower. VERY comfortable bed!! I had a king room and it was quite large. Flooring felt new and clean, carpet in the main room and (fake) wood flooring in the entry and bathroom area. Would stay again!

Nice and quiet! Big clean room, limited cable channels. The elevator needs to be updated. This was our second visit and we'll be back.

Staff were super accommodating. I stayed here for work for three weeks (mon-fri) and never had an issue with the front desk. They were prompt when I requested extra pillows, made a point to catch me when I had a package arrive. Only issue is the main entrance is super weird. There is a lot right before the hotel that is vacant and it almost looks like you go through it to get there, but you can't. You need to drive another 500ft to be able to turn. And there are no larger indicators to aid in knowing where the entrance is specifically. Something that corporate should probably work on. That being said, I've been here a few times for work (on other occasions) and it seems like the staff they have working now is the best I've dealt with in awhile.

You will absolutely love this hotel if you like the smell of cigarettes beer and weed in the halls and in your room. Literally. It was so bad that we didn't even unpack our bags. I just marched back downstairs to the main desk and asked if the cancellation policy was still valid and she said yes so we canceled right there and walked out. Total time from check in to check out... about 8 minutes. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because the staff was really friendly and understanding and did not make a fuss about any of it. They were professional and courteous.

They lie about breakfast being included in the full price. Marihuana is also smelling in the building, not a good customer service
