Went in for my Hearing Evaluation at Miracle ear an it was my 1st hearing appointment. I walked in an was greeted very nice an was given some paper work to fill out. Then in a few Christie my Dr. Hearing Audiologist to me back to her exam room to start my hearing evaluation. She explained about my ear an brain an on how they both work together for me to hear. Then she was so gentle an did an exam on my ear the right side then the left side. After that she took me in a sound proof room an gently put ear phones on me an did the rest of my hearing evaluation. It did not hurt an when it was over she came an got me took off the ear phones an brought me out to explain the results of my hearing test. She went over everything an was so nice an gave me lots of information. She walked me out thanked me for coming in gave me the best hug set me up with a next appointment an I was on my way just like that an can not wait to go back for another appointment !
