it gets worse as times go by, if only my healthcare was important ...never has been, their refusal to treat me was just the start .clearly NOT all bad , but had two shocking Doctors...I could go on, but I won't ...I am taking other measures instead

Called in to pick up prescription and asked for results of some tests. Was asked if I could wait 30 minutes and a doctor would see me before surgery commenced. I waited less than 10, the Doc took me through the results and all was well. I have rarely had an issue with getting through on the telephone and recently have had excellent service. The staff have helped me through a few minor issues, speedily and with a friendly but professional manner.
