I was pleased with their knowledge and kindness but was very unhappy about their service. Had 3 issues and one was getting a phone call on closing day of our first house saying there was a mix up and we still owed 5000. Not a very good first time home buying experience as we got no apology for this and our emails from myself and my realtor afterwards got no responses. We were ignored. There should have been some sort of compensation or at least an apology. I will not be recommending their service and neither will my realtor who always recommonds local businesses.
