Came here last Sunday to purchase a BBQ tank. The lady that was working the counter quickly directed me to purchase a tank that was actually part of the BBQ swap program without actually telling me anything about the program or that that I was purchasing a tank from this program. I had no idea that I needed to bring an empty tank in to receive the other tank. The purchase was already made and I come to the back of the station to get the tank and the Asian man that was working with the cashier made a big scene about needing another tank. I made the transaction through Google pay so there was actually no way for me to get a refund without having my original card. These people are scamming, they give you no explanation of the swap program before purchase and make it seem like everyone should know this. I went back inside the store and paid the difference, but I found it extremely wierd that the price of the brand new gas tank was not on the receipt and was covered as misc tax. I asked the lady at the cash about this and she made a big scene disrespecting me and claiming that she was in the right even though she didn't indicate once to me about this swap program. I ended up paying 70 for a brand new tank which is absolutely ridiculous. They have zero business ethics, even with the mistake they made the people working the store couldn't even apologize for the confusion. The Asian man was very disrespectful, I would never go back here. Just find a better gas station, there's another one a couple mins down the road. At least youll understand what your buying. Pioneer needs to get there act together.

Was there last night, Sunday April 12 and 3 people were in behind the register. So much for staying g 6 feet away from each other
It is run by people who do not know what they are doing. They seem to make up their own hours. Middle of the day, the gas station is closed. If they are to be open at 7am, doors still closed at 730am. If they are to close at 6pm, doors are closed at 540pm, etc. Always excuses about being sick, emergency, etc. They also have 3 prepaid pumps, however, it makes no sense how they have this set up. You have to prepay a certain amount before filling up. Why are customers not being given the option to fill up to the max? We aren't mind readers and know how much fuel we need to fill up. Also since these 3 prepay fill pumps came into force, the gas station is a complete chaotic mess any time of the day. It's constantly super busy because it is so disorganized. I've seen many customers just lashing out due to their frustrations.
Got double charged for gas after having to go in the store to pay. Now I am getting thee runaround for my money back (even after Pioneer said they are aware of the double charge). It has been almost two weeks. Will not be using Pioneer anymore.
