We are very kid friendly, our dentists are very patience, they love kids. Our Dental office is equipped with entertainment TVs in each dental operatory room. We care about our patients comfort, as we believe that old dentistry setup is not anymore suitable for dental patients. We proud to announce that we provide dental braces and invisalign to all ages, we more than 20 years of experience. If you are nervous about dental treatment, you do not have to worry again, we do provide laughing gas to all ages. The hygienist Amanda was very professional and friendly - the only reason I gave them 2 stars. They direct billed my visit without asking me first. When I ask for a receipt I was told it was sent to my insurance company and did not print off a copy for me. When I looked on my insurance I noted that I was not provided the new patient free x-ray as advertised. I was told I had some fillings and required work. I had to ask direct and exact questions to get treatment answers. I was told I needed fillings and only when I asked did I find out that I needed 3 appointments for 8 fillings!! Previously I have cleanings twice a year and regularly had an annual dental check up. I questioned the need for 8 and again only when I asked directly did I find out that they were new and replacement fillings - without an explanation as to why I needed them replaced. I went to another dentist to find out that two of the fillings are for cosmetic reasons - which I said I did not want. Also, I did not receive the new patient whitening kit - I was told that I would get that when all of my treatments were done. Thankfully, I switched dentists before getting the work done. I don't trust a health care provider that doesn't provide upfront information.

I'm here from out of town. Broke my tooth. Called this office and they got me in right away. Dr. Awad took excellent care of my tooth. He and his staff are awesome. Feeling so much better. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Recently I had a major procedure done at Wasaga Dental. Dr. Alex was the doctor designate to perform this delicate but significantly complex surgery. We all know how stressful visits to a dental office can be especially when we are aware of possible complications and pain. From the beginning Dr.Alex's approach and precise explanation of processes involved reduced my apprehension and fear. During every stage Dr. Alex showed a genuine concern for my condition and the level of discomfort I may be experiencing.From the start the entire process was conducted with the highest level of professionalism and compassion. Dr. Awad is an amazing person, my family loves him and we will always attend his office. He is well equipped with great skills, I did not even feel any pain when he got my cavities drilled out without freezing. We are all impressed with his team and skills
