We were looking to create a premium, full branded, promotional packaging experience for our VIP customers. In most cases, this would be the customers first exposure to our brand. It was very important to us that the packaging reflect the same standard for quality and design of our product. We came to Wasatch Container with a general concept. Our sales rep (Scott), was able to quickly and effectively work with his team to execute, make suggestions/modifications based on their expertise. Their attention to detail and care in making sure that we were completely satisfied was immaculate. The end result was so much more than just packaging. It is truly a brand statement piece. Working with Riki at Wasatch Container was great. I went back and forth on the concept and finally in the 11th hour decided to pursue it. It was a tight deadline that was tricky to make happen, but Riki was extremely responsive and attentive to detail every step of the way. A small logjam in the operation threatened to delay the delivery of our pie boxes for thanksgiving, but the day the order was needed, Riki pulled through and loaded 1500 pie boxes into her car and brought them to us. She really went above and beyond and I’ll be sure to use Wasatch Container for all of our future packaging needs.
I enjoyed working directly with Riki at Wasatch Container. Her response time in regards to quotes and production details really helped put my mind at ease. Trust is everything in business and I look forward to working with Wasatch Container again!

Wasatch Container makes things happen! We worked with Kelli and Scott to get some custom boxes made for our back to school rush.
