Reading some of these reviews sound so off, I've been renting from them almost a year now and from the beginning they were so helpful and kind. These things they say about them being judgemental is wrong I have several tattoos and face piercing and not once did I feel awkward around them. I would highly recommend them

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I submitted an application to them being the first rental property here in Wasco, and after a few days I called to check in. The lady who answered was so rude when I gave her my name. She then tells me that I got denied a few days ago because of a some information. I researched the information they provided to me knowing it was INCORRECT. I found out the lied about the information they had. I applied at other agency places and with NO PROBLEM they have helped me seeking a place. THEY ARE SO JUDGMENTAL AND RUDE! I would NOT recommend AT ALL. Call Wasco Realty or Windgate they have been both so helpful.
They try to come off as kind but they are both very judgemental. Especially if you aren't dressed like them or don't look like they think you should. Their behavior toward my daughter and I was unbelievable to be honest. Shame shame shame.... I wouldn't want to be in those shoes when they face the Lord. YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO LIVE IN ONE OF THE RENTALS THEY MANAGE. Small minded, unfriendly and not worthy of my business for sure .

Rente un poco mas de un año con esta compañia y ya que me mude me devolvieron el deposito, super recomendada. Siempre y cuando avisen con un de anticipacion que se van a salir y dejen la casa inpecable de limpia.
