This firm is brilliant, after years and years of owning various washing machines, all of which have had heavy use, the crunch always comes when there is a fault. Sometimes parts have to be ordered and the delay causes problems, being without a washing machine for a week is no joke. Washer rentals dispenses with all the anxiety, and for a small weekly amount all the hassle is gone. I had a problem last week when the spin cycle became faulty, one short phone call and two hours later, there was a replacement machine up and running...fast, friendly and above all, efficient service.....EXCELLENT!
