Moved here recently and I must say I love this building! Updated appliances, fabulous location and everyone is very friendly. Maintenance is wonderful as well. I love the model of my studio and hear very little noise. I would recommend this to anyone looking to live in a great location in DC.

The apartments are spacious, the rent is inexpensive, most utilities are included, and the views are spectacular. My studio feels like a one bedroom, and with two walk-in closets, I never feel cramped, and I literally moved here from a one bedroom! And with a pet-sitting service for cats if you go out of town, guest rooms available if you have people coming in from out of town, AND management that actually wants to make sure you're feeling right at home? It's a hidden paradise. Since the building has some tenure, the walls have brick in them, which means I never hear anything but the birds right outside my window, with the occasional animal from the National Zoo chiming in. As someone who values peace and quiet, it's been a dream come true from day one. The building is currently under construction, but Bozzuto ensures that the work only happens from 9-5, so I've barely registered it at all (aside from noticing that the building gets more beautiful every time I come home from work). I can't wait to see the final product; the gym is doubling in size any week now, and I look forward to breaking in the new equipment! 3801 Connecticut is a lovely gem that's being unearthed bit by bit. I'd get in before renovations finish, because I wouldn't be surprised if people flocked here the second they're done. It's already great and only getting better by the day! With all but instant access to public transportation the second you walk out the door, I would recommend 3801 Connecticut to anyone I love. I plan on living here for a long, long time; no regrets!

I am writing this review before even signing my contract, because Aaron Carr at 3801 Connecticut Ave was so amazing this past week. I did a virtual tour with him, and he was extremely detailed and friendly, as well as communicative of the possibility of us loosing reception during the tour, which did happen for 2 minutes, and he then made sure I had video of the inside of the closer, by sending it to my phone. Aaron was super positive, and was excited for me to hopefully move in. I was recently accepted for the credit, and just waiting for the background check to clear, but can't wait to make this place my new home! He also gave me tips on where to place my furniture in that particular unit, and helped me secure the unit by advising me to do the online application, versus the paper application I had originally done. Thank you Aaron!

After speaking to Aaron Carr and receiving a virtual tour, I wanted to share my great experience. I can't express enough how helpful Aaron was during this stressful time. He promptly answered all my questions (many of them without me even asking—what a mind reader!) and immediately hopped into a zoom call to give me a virtual tour. During the tour he was so detailed, even noting outlets, contractors who could install more shelves, differences in that layout from the available studio layout such as the beautiful park view, and suggestions on how to use the space. Aaron was personable and lively, which brought an immediate cheer and optimism to the apartment hunt. Aaron Carr is a gem in the world of real estate, and I truly hope his talents are recognized by all at Bozzuto. I’m not a regular reviewer due to being excessively busy, but I just wanted to take the time out of my day to thank Aaron Carr for tirelessly working on securing my first apartment home. Upon hearing countless stories of what a nightmare the process is for first time renters and buyers, I consider myself blessed to have met Mr.carr who did an outstanding job. From efficient communication and keeping me updated and informed, to finding me the best home that fit every criteria I had, to the application and approval process he was right beside me and made it the easiest encounter ever. He went out of his way each day responding to my questions and concerns with nothing short of a beaming smile on his face which says a lot about his character as a professional. I cannot wait to recommend him to all my friends to look no further because he is the truth and will get you sorted out and cozy in your new home before you know it. Thank you for providing me a five star excellent service that is hard to find anywhere especially in these times. You genuinely cannot pay someone enough to be a guide this well co-ordinated, friendly and effective. Bravo!
