Unbelievable! I couldn’t believe the luxury planes. I was stunned with their uniforms. Good food. Not airplane food. Actually delicious food. I felt I was flying first class. Departures and arrivals on time. They show you they are happy you are flying with them. Complimentary latest movies. You can load the battery on your gadgets. Actual beautiful pillows and blankets. Upon arrival in Moscow airport I couldn’t believe my eyes. Huge state of the art airport. I’m sorry really to say but Kennedy and every American Airport I flew from looked outdated. I expected to find soldiers. Communist environment instead I found luxury. Friendly and dressed to the tooth employees No airport security noticed my Apple Watch. Except through a fast security check point at the Moscow Airport. They insisted I wear their complimentary slippers while they checked my shoes. The Apple Watch beep not metals etc You can rent space to sleep.

The flight has been cancelled because of COVID. Multiple attempts to get refund failed. Got a voucher that I'm not sure I would be able to use. Embarrassed...

I toke a flight on Aeroflot( route OTP- SVO- IAD)and this is what happened. When I checked in for an extra 2kg I paid 130 a very rude employee in România at the check in counter(name Eduard) Flight had 50 min delay. I arrived in Moscow and transit for about 3 h(plenty time) and when I finally arrived to Washington to find out that my luggage (THE 130 paid luggage ) got LOST! TERRIBLE AIRLINE. No call back, no luggage and no answering my calls or emails. Is there a Russian Customer Rights complaint number that I could call? Does anyone know of any??
