Great Staff and Pee Free Water! Need some gripping tape for floors though.
This place doesn't open til afternoon, and it closes for the season earlier than all the other pools which stinks cuz its my local pool. Next year I'm getting my season pass to Union's pool. Also the younger staff is friendly enough, but the middle-aged manager lady is very rude.
Love this pool but the layout sucks for kids! Kid pool is Way in the back and splash pad is at the top. Meaning runaway kids and those kids have to pass the deep end each time they run to the splash pad! Also, eating area next to the splash pad means kids running to pad and wasted food! I love it, but the layout sucks! The kids pool needs maintenance updates. Tiles are falling off and being ripped off but none got fixed seasonally. I paid 100 for a pass, lots of people did, where did that money go?
Disappointing experience — the women’s restroom was filthy. There was a soiled sanitary napkin lying in the middle of the floor of a public area. Furthermore, the one lane that is reserved for lap swimming was poorly managed and unsafe. I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant and don’t appreciate people jumping directly into the lap lane only about a foot away, which is way too close for comfort. Although we encountered one lifeguard who was courteous about the situation, the others acted rather rudely and with an attitude. Overall, the pool itself has some nice amenities, but is in dire need of better management.
