Bought a washinging machine in 2015 and decided we need/ wanted a new bed and went Friday but didn't have the one we wanted in stock so the young lady running the store was very helpful and told me will put your info in and would gladly order us what we wanted on Monday because the manager was off and it should be here by friday on next truck.her customer service was excellent
