Pretty bad attitude from the apple employee. Definitely not in the right commercial spirit to help. Had one appointment for one device (ear pods) and needed some help with another device (apple watch) (while apple requires one appointment per device which i understand due to the pandemic, it was never brought to my attention by the tech people i spoke to a day before to avoid a trip to the store!).

Just ordered an iphone 11 for a friend, really disappointed in the way its packaged. First the phone is placed on its screen which can get scratched, there isnt anything between the cable and the screen, they changed the cabled to usb type-c ! Also the packaging doesnt come neither with an adopter nor a headphone or a headphone!!!. Now i have to buy the type-c adopter and Headphone. They made the packaging smaller pretending to save the planet, not mentioning theyre making a ton of money by forcing their customers to buy all these accessories!!
