Great place where the magic happens for potential physicians. This is the application processing place for MEDICAL SCHOOLS occur!!! Phone customer service here, despite the anxious environment that is expected, is top notch. Great group of people who have apparently been trained to calmly and thoroughly deal with applicants. Answering all questions and taking the all the time needed. I have personally called them like 30-40xs during my application process and each time, I got a calm, cool and collected rep that explained ad nauseam all things application processing.
