I've been coming to this location for at least 8 years. The service has been excellent. Students and Team Leaders/Instructors have always been professional, attentive, eager to help, and I get salon quality service at a very affordable price. The products are natural and environmentally safe. These are the reasons that I keep coming back. Well done!

I go here every time I need a hair cut. Very cheap for a shampoo and "dusting." The students/women who have cut my hair have always been lovely. My simple trims have always turned out well, and the experience has always felt like a great deal.
If I could give this salon less than 0 stars I would. Absolute worst experience of my life. Basically went in with light brown hair w/ blonde highlights and brought a picture of hair that had a light base also with highlights. Proceeded to dump bleach on my head for over an hour and had to have it toned three times and removed twice. The worst part is that the students were acting under the direction of the teachers and the teachers were the one that provided instruction on what to do as the toner formula. I have 0 faith in this facility to provide competent customer service because of the failure of the educators to provide instruction. It was laughable when they asked me if this was what I wanted my hair to look like. DO NOT go to this salon unless you want to spend upwards of 400 to correct the disaster that they will create.
Complete waste of time and money! Two family members went there for manicure and pedicure and the result is ridiculously bad. Insanely bad.
I do not recommend this location. This was My Worse Experience EVER!!! Obviously this location does not cater to all hair types. I will be emailing the manager and corporate office. They barely touched my hair. The instructor was very rude It’s all about customer service and professionalism. \u202aYes I suffer from Psoriasis no I am not a contagious.
I've been to Aveda several times to get my haircut and I have always had a wonderful experience. All of the students and instructors were all so nice. I don't go in for anything too crazy, but this place is great if you just need a trim or basic layering.
JUST DON'T DO IT! 1) TIME Most services take 1-3 hours average 2 hours for the students to practice their service on you. If you got the time, sure why not. 2) PROFESSIONALISM The Aveda brand should exude serenity and calm, but the staff and students do not. I get it's a school, so if you're looking for a school hallway loud chattery and gossipy experience, by all means spend a few hours here. 3) END RESULT From a whole leg wax, I had a rash on one leg that persisted for several weeks. From a haircut, the length was lopsided and had to go to a professional to correct. From hair braiding, it took 1.5 hours to do two French braids. **VERDICT- If you're trying to save a buck, you pay for it with the poor experience from start to finish and likely botched job. SAVE some money and go to a reputable salon.
Great haircuts at the Aveda Institute. They are all students who are supervised and are learning I have only had a haircut from a senior student. And I was very happy with the way it turned out. Everyone us very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very good. I would recommend this.
