This is the WORST BANK OF AMERICA location in the US. 12:40pm on Tuesday 12/21/2020. One teller, waited 15 minutes in line. Wesley second teller could not assist cause he was waiting for his food delivery. Once he got his delivery he jumped in to help. When it was my turned, Wesley refused to brake two one hundred dollar bills for me. I politely request to speak to supervisor. Wesley said his not here today. I need to consider banking somewhere else ASAP. I feel this is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Be prepared to stand there - and wait. This is why I am changing banks. 6 teller stations and NEVER more than 2 open. Gee - did the architect make the mistake or is it just that Bank Of America is understaffed?

I stop by and get change for a 20 all the time here so I can do laundry since my building machines only take quarters. Today I waited in line 20 minutes and then was told “we don’t give change unless you have an account .” Since when????

Tellers are nice but very slow. Reeks of weed right outside the door. Police stopped me from bringing my dog inside but did nothing about the pot smokers 20 feet from them.

All of the one star reviews are accurate. Avoid this branch at all costs. One representative on a Friday evening. That's ludicrous. I've been waiting for two hours to see someone. Money is very important but so is time and unlike money you can't get that back
