Best hotel in the area, highly recommend. Easy access to all the local tourist attractions, plus access to the services provided by the city of Washington. Consistently clean, with great service.

It's a nice place. BUT there was no supervision in the pool area and other kids were running around jumping in the pool. AND some dumb parent had thete 4 year old in the hot tub!
Our room was very disgusting the service was poor as soon as we got there brother-in-law slipped and fell workers didn't know what to do or how to do a accident report to come 2 days for any help Guardian Sword jacuzzi suite there was hair all in the tub our toilet was stopped up dealt with s*** and piss from the toilet all over our bathroom floor going into the living area soaking or carpet never brought us new towels we got snowed in so we had to stay another night. Switch to a different room finally and our beds were never changed there was hair food and orange stuff all over the beds underneath the blankets they did not keep towels in the pool room and it was very dirty there was a bunch of drunk people that sent and then check in area and was very loud kids running all over the place
Great place to get your rest. Will be back without a doubt. Nice people at a good price as well
This is one of the best in the chain and I found out that they are not all the same. Staff bent over backwards to help us last night when a booking company ripped us off. We've stayed here every year at least once for several years now. Would highly recommend.
We stayed one night for a softball tournament I was playing in near by the next day.Our room was so very nice! We had a king suite with balcony water view. We were on the second floor. Room 201 i believe. Big open concept! Small table for meals in the room. There was a fridge but we didnt use it. I loved the huge mirror in the bathroom, lighting was great for doing makeup! Room was very clean and smelled nice when we checked in. The water pressure in the shower wasnt the greatest. Our "water view" was a pond in the back of the hotel. It was nice to be on the balcony in the morning watching the geese fly into the pond and the nature sounds all around. There is a pool and hot tub onsite and that area was very clean. The breakfast was normal biscuits and gravy eggs sausage and bacon also had cereal and bagels orange juice and apple juice. Nothing too much to brag about but it was free! I highly recommend this hotel! We will be staying here again for sure!
Good customer service from the front desk. I don't feel like the people in charge of hiring new employees, or even managing current employees handle their positions very professional.
