Had to make an appointment, but they price matched our laptop pick and saved us 250 to get us back into our budget and to make the Geek Squad free. They gave us goodie bags too. Customer Service from Patricia was super awesome!!! I Love this store. Never been disappointed.
I called best buy and no one answered the phone. I listened to the hold music on the phone for 15 minutes. This is crazy. Next time put on Barry White and I might hold even longer. They are not getting my business.

Now that you can go into the store it's great. Just like everywhere else you have to suffocate wearing a mask but at least you can look at some items and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to buy some ink for my printer and saw a nice phone so I bought it too.
