Horrible! I have been with this insurance company nearing two years. I have called the office several times to speak to my agent, Mr Maurice Brown and no one has ever answered the phone. I have left several messages and no one has yet to respond. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done about it immediately.

One Word for Maurice Brown - TERRIBLE! Let me reiterate.. TERRIBLE. Purchased the auto policy in December 2019 and did not receive a copy of my policy nor I did I receive the insurance cards to keep in the car. I reached out to Maurice Brown (because Allstate kept forwarding me to his office) via phone and email for these documents and did not receive a response until late January 2020. I reached out Maurice Brown again for information on my policy expiration date and NEVER heard from him. I called AllState insurance general customer service and they kept forwarding me to Maurice Brown. After a month of poor communication, I spoke to Devon from AllState general customer service who told me the policy was automatically renewed a month ago and I probably qualify for a discounted rate. One if my policy was renewed a month ago , where are the updated insurance cards? Also why wasn't I informed via email, USPS, or a courtesy phone call? And I am paying more than I should when I qualify for a discount??? In conclusion, I am currently looking for a new insurance provider. DO NOT GO TO MAURICE BROWN.
