This building is disgusting. Rats and mice are rampant throughout the building. The air conditioning in the summer is also a complete failure—apartment was so humid mold grew on all walls and ceiling and only receded when November hit. Common in apartments on all floors. Stay away!!!

Extremely unprofessional management. They never once made contact with me until long after the fact and they stole 200. Do not bother even applying.
Viewing review: The location is amazing and the views are breathtaking however the unit I viewed was old and didn't represent the online pictures. The carpet in the hallways of the building leading to the units are very dated and need replacing, not luxury at all..... The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and professional.
As other reviewers have noted, the building was great a few years ago but has gone downhill the last 1-2 years. The turnover has increased significantly and the new manager is not very thorough. Constantly told she will follow-up and then it's up to me to get in touch again for an update. I moved out three months ago and inaccurate information is being reported on my credit report. I started dealing with the manager's manager and this still isn't fixed. For paying top of the market prices, these are not luxury apartments and the service is so-so at best.
