I have been at the practice for 14 years. I have been very happy with the group. I use Dr. Michael Schwartz.

I was between giving one or two stars here but I decided on two because of the expediency of which I received an appointment. I'll get straight to the point--the doctor insisted on two things that completely contradicted common knowledge in the field: 1) h. pylori cannot be passed from person to person 2) hiatal hernias cause no symptoms. I was shocked by both assertions but more so the hiatal hernia piece--if your stomach is full of food, and it protrudes through your chest cavity, based on my very personal and humble experience, one will face some sort of discomfort (I was diagnosed with one through an endoscopy some years ago). I have found certain remedies that work for me that a doctor is likely not to recommend but I was hoping he can offer a bit more since it had been recently bothering me quite a bit. All the doctor asked me to do is switch to a FODMAP diet, which I can find on a basic google search. It can help but I am not sure it really solves the root of the problem--since the appointment, I have found other self-care practices that have helped. Don't give up hope.

The woman in the phone to make appointment is the worst person I have ever seen. She even do not want to listen to me and cut off the call.

If I could give less stars I would. The woman on the phone making appointments has the worst personality and customer service I have ever ore witness to. I totally understand the virtual appointments and the limiting of patients in the office, but if I decide to wait and decline a virtual appointment, I shouldn’t be served with a disrespectful and judgmental attitude. The attitude over the phone was completely unnecessary and although I might be just a drop in the ocean of patients, this company just lost one today.

I work nearby but would definitely drive to this location because the doctor I see (Dr. Daher) is knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner and genuinely cares about seeing his patients better their situation without medical intervention if possible. The check-in process was seamless, it took little time for me to go back for evaluation and have the doctor come in to see me. He listened to my concerns, made sure he reviewed my chart thoroughly to note any changes or necessary topics since my last visit and I was very pleased with his service so much so that I happily slid my card to pay my copay!
