It is a wonderful place to go and to get support and helpful ideas, regarding your pregnancy and the time afterward. This helped me make better choices in planning and preparing for my baby, which I am forever thankful for. My husband wasn't there when we were having our 1st baby due to some issues and hence the entire pregnancy and it has been a scary and difficult process. It was an unplanned lonely pregnancy but Capital Women’s Services was there for me and my baby and I were taken care of spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and with all other material and educational needs. It was a big pleasure knowing this facility.

What I love about Capital Women’s Services is that they don’t judge. My pregnancy was risky and I have to undergo the surgery of removing the embryo. I was just so thankful that they were very caring and most of all, understood that I was scared at the same time. Everything went well, the procedure took place after the check-up and I was confident that they won’t let us down. Thank you very much.

I thought I was pregnant and I called to get information about when I could come in. Ashley took my call and was patient kind and gentle with her advice. I truly appreciated that. I am not pregnant now as I took another route but I will keep them in mind if I'm in the predicament again.

The one star is for the staff that comes in on time to do their job and explain thoroughly what I am to expect. The -4 stars is for the phlebotomist or Doctor that comes in when she feels like it to administer a shot that no one else can adminster. Also for the inconvenience and having me sitting here waiting on her when I could've been scheduled at a time she would be in office. They don't even know when or IF she's coming in. The most inconsiderate, unprofessional customer service. Now what am I to do, spend more money on gas to come back another day when I'd be further along and have to pay more? & call off work again?! This is terrible. As I am discussing this, another lady has said she had to wait 5 hours before for the lady to come do her shot.

I don’t have to words to say how amazing this clinic is! Staff was super friendly and supportive! I didn’t feel pressured! They took great care of me! Their pricing is awesome for someone with no insurance! I am very thankful for this clinic and the services/cost they offer! I highly recommend Capital Women's Services!
