If you want the best, most convenient apartment home at an affordable price, this is the community for you! A supermarket, police precinct, dog park, nail salon, restaurants, a bank and even an urgent care all in the same radius? Not sure what else someone could really ask for. Not to forget about the fitness room in the building for the gym buffs—not me though, but someone else out there, haha! And they staff has managed the pandemic very well—Kudos to them all, and thanks for a good experience!

I have lived here for 2 months, and WOW, this apartment complex is amazing. The building and facilities are beautifully maintained, the community is small and kind, the community events are awesome and frequent, but most remarkable is the incredible staff!! They go beyond being welcoming and respectful; they make you feel truly at home. They always ask how my day is going and make genuine conversation, plus they make Lola, the cutest 1yo French bulldog, SO happy every time she sees them. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to live, that’s not too far from activities and plenty of restaurants, this is your place. Also, whatever they spray in the lobby smells absolutely amazing, so there’s another perk. A
We LOVED our time at Cathedral Commons. The staff (from Manager to Maintenance) were responsive and friendly. The building is very well cared for and any maintenance request was handled expeditiously. The only reason we left was that we moved out of the area.
I visited Cathedral Commons in September 2017 and was amazed at the wonderful facility they have. I was helped by the warm and friendly concierge team. I would recommend anyone looking to mive to DC to visit there complex and ask to speak to Lindsey.
