Excellent customer services. The guy over the phone was so professional and helpful. For the fellow Afghans: I would say let us support our young talented fellow Afghans who work in the consultancy section. Let us not be so negative. We have to understand the situation and let’s be patient all the time. I hope everyone will have a blessing Ramadan.

After two months of sending my passport application, still haven’t got my passport. I’m calling them everyday several times but no one answer the damn phone. At least answer the phone, tell me if something is missing or additional docs are needed.

Just renewal of my passport took almost 3 months. Ghani goverment is just BS.

I mailed my passport renewal application to them. I waited two weeks and didn't get a response. Then I tried to call them to know the status of my application but they were not picking up the calls. I was planning to travel to Kabul and needed new passports to come ASAP. Thats why I was calling them several times a day. Even I have called them 14 times in a day but no one answered. Then after two weeks of calling finally Elyas answered and he told me that your photos are not correct, shoulders are not completely shown in the photo. He was lying, photos were perfect and shoulders were completely visible. But still I mailed them new photos and again tried to call them several days but they were zero percent responsive. They even do not reply to emails. Finally I got my passports after 45 days. But my friends who mailed their applications to New York Consulate got their new passports within two weeks.

No they have very bad Behavior, and also they are Resist, they has the Super bad service not working

Great experience, staff are professional and treat you well. I believe consulate deserves better rating. I hope they keep improving their customer service.
