Honest, efficient, friendly, affordable, and professional! When I first contacted Lassaad he tried to walk me through a quick fix over the phone without any reservation on potentially losing out on a service call. When that did not work, he scheduled me for the next day and showed up within 20 minutes of my appointment window. The service required a simple reset of the system and he explained what caused the issue with clarity and patience. 10/10 will do business again with DC Appliance Repair Service in the future.
Our squeaky dryer was driving us crazy. We had another repair company come by. It looked like they diagnosed the issue, but their fix did not work. DC Appliance Repair Service was our plan B, but it will be our plan A in the future. Lassaad quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to grease the drum bearing and the drum rollers. The problem was fixed. The dryer continues to operate quietly a month and a half after the repair. Thanks Lassaad!
Unable to diagnose properly. Had me order part which were not needed and cost me additional 100 in shipping due to return. They refused to order parts themselves. Kept my dryer out of commission an additional 4 weeks.
Super informative education series. I learned about the process and how to achieve great photos from macro to lighting to Castro photography. Loved learning about the equipment and can't wait to go to DC .

Last week my gas furnace stopped heating. I went and typed on google"gas furnace repair near me Washington dc" I got a bunch of result in the district of Columbia. I was looking for heating and cooling com repair companies with good reviews and affordable tag price I clicked on DC Appliance Repair Service I read the reviews and decided to give them a shot i was able to get an appointment next day morning the repairman Lassaad was on time and very polite he quickly find the issue with my 15 old goodman gas furnace and was able to fix it same visit. Definitely I will keep that magnet business card on my fridge.
Not military friendly! I chose this company because they had good reviews and they are a family owned business. The person that I spoke with gave me a day and time to come out and fix my dryer until I said that I live on a military base. They said that they would not come to my house to do the work because I live on a base and ended the conversation. I live in a regular house that I furnish and I own the washer? I am very disappointed in this company.
