I had a wonderful experience working with many of the ladies and gentlemen here. I continue to be impressed by their level of professionalism and intelligence. Namely, Amb. T.M. If you will forgive the other reviewer, I peeked at her reviews, and 20 of them are represented with a single star, only 9 of them favorable. Perhaps a reassessment of fault may be in order. This is a brilliant team. Just as its proper to call a spade a spade, so is a heart a heart.
