Buyer beware: We are a small D.C. non-profit and this company (Mr. Ash) was very unethical and took advantage of us!!! He is all about the money. He promised good work and was very hesitant about giving a warranty. His work when he eventually got to us was less than satisfactory. In fact it was shoddy. He wanted his money upfront and did not finish the job properly. He left wires exposed and his filings and broken screws on the ground. He refused to return for proper installation. Regardless of numerous request to return and finish his work properly, he refused to respond.

My indoor cable handrail is fabulous, Ash did what a wonderful job on time. Thanks & I recommend District to all.
After contacting company for a small repair on iron door gates was told there is a 650.00 charge for outside work.
They never called back after speaking with me. Poor customer service.
