We had a fairly minor bumper repaint on our SUV. My wife dealt with Mike at Greenfield, who was very accommodating and prompt. They knocked it out in a couple of days for a very fair price and it looks great. As an added bonus we were able to do the transaction in a touchless manner and they detailed/sanitized the vehicle. No hassle and I would not hesitate to engage them again.

Amazing customer service from start to finish!!! Constant updates, gm parts were on back order and they used every means necessary to get them in a timely fashion. They even delivered my car to my house the moment the car was finished!!!

Had an emergency this morning with a popped tire driving south on 53. Having no jack or spare, I limped off the expressway and found myself in front in Greenfield Collision. Unfortunately I forgot the gentleman’s name, but he went above and beyond to help even before the shop was open. He helped me get the tire in decent enough shape to get to a tire shop. Not really collision related, but it speaks volumes about how you will be taken care of and treated upon visiting. Will be recommending to family and friends based off customer service alone. Saved me hundred of dollars in tow fees. Thank you guys! 10/10 based off customer service alone.
