Truthful and honest on what the cost would be to remove my fireplace. (Ended up doing it myself but would not have without his encouragement that I could do it) Jason also loaned out some equipment so I could to some major house work. I also had them come out to box in (on the 1st and 2nd floor) an air bag (not sure what it is called) for heating and cooling for the upstairs. All around nice people and would hire them again!

Employee on the job site has problems with protocols set by owners in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. Bypassed the signage and covering. Then proceeded to throw a fit and swear at building employee that asked him nicely not to do that. Quality work, poor service and respect...
