J & L built a 3 bay 28 ft X 40ft garage for our son last year. The bay on the North end was converted into an apartment for us. This year they added a sun porch on to our apartment. The work is excellent and done in the time frame given. They also built a 3 bedroom house and 3 car garage for one of our other sons a few years ago. I highly recommend J & L.
