The Staff seems to have changed in the past year (Thankfully) and it is a few new faces that are really helpful and seem to actually care about customer service! Lines can be long so be prepared to wait. The younger gentleman at the door with the long beard was very helpful and friendly and made the process go smoothly. There were 2 other gentleman behind the counter I haven't seen before who were a breath of fresh air compared to my visit a year ago.

The location and overall look of this facility needs a reconsidered.
Security was about as fast as a government facility can be.... good job
