Professional, empathetic and kind. This was a complicated situation as my Dad's casket was being shipped from Florida for him to be buried at Arlington National Cemetery. Our ceremony was delayed once due to Covid and by October it had been 8 months since my Dad passed away. Kennedi was able to arrange for me to meet him at the airport and was kind and compassionate through-out the process. Thanks to her kind assistance I was able to fulfill his final wishes and he will be at ANC now forever.
