Unwelcoming & Rude. Please take my experience and AVOID this hotel. Front desk - During a 3 day trip, not one person at the front desk offered help, said hello or was kind in anyway. Room service - sent wrong orders 3/3 times Luggage - the front desk wouldn’t watch our luggage, sent us to security. Then told my little sister they couldn’t help her, turned his back and walked away. I was disappointed at how poorly we were treated and will avoid this chain in the future.
