I drive 40 minutes every week before work for allergy shots. Due to traffic, I arrived today 1 minute before they stop doing shots and they refused me. Thanks for the inconvenience. Horrible staff.

Was referred by my primary care doctor. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30am at 95 Leonard Ave. I got a call from them a couple days prior to confirm the appointment. Get there only to find out they moved out of that building a while back. Their website still shows the 95 Leonard Ave address as well. I tried to call them only to find out they weren't open yet, meaningthey scheduled an appointment for me for beforethey even open. When I finally did get through to someone, they had no record of my appointment. I will not bother trying to reschedule an appointment with them. Waste of time. Waste of gas. Complete incompetence.

Go anywhere else! Our appointment for my daughter was for a reoccurring skin rash. Our stay in the waiting room was two hours, then over thirty minutes in the exam room. We wanted food allergy testing because our son has food allergies and we suspected the same thing. Dr. Patel recommended the prick test. We wasted time and money to find out my daughter is allergic to ragweed. Rash is still there, no doctor accountability.

Dr was condescending and mean to me and my child. Didn't think that he wanted our input on how he was treating our child.
