My only wish is that I could give Lewis Piano Movers TEN stars. I couldn't imagine getting better service. They assisted me so promptly moving the piano in an emergency. They showed up on time, polite, professional, and efficient. They have the experience, and it clearly shows. They protected the piano and the floors and were done so quickly. I would highly recommend them for any piano move you are considering. Thank you once again for all your help!

I called Van the Paino Man on Friday afternoon and he and his team were at my house on Monday afternoon. Van quoted me a time and said he would call with a 30 minute heads up, which he did! Truly wonderful to NOT have to wait around all day!! All three men were kind and professional. I will be recommending them to all my friends who need a piano moved!! Thanks Van and Jake!!
Not only were they on time; they were early! I have rarely if ever had movers arrive on time, so this was a pleasant surprise. They helped move a used console piano to my house, up four steps and were done quickly. The customer service representative responded quickly and had the move scheduled in less than 2 days. She gave a quick quote and stuck to it - no changes. They have numerous reviews on Thumbtack, but I booked them via the form on their website.
Hired Lewis Piano Movers to move a grand piano. Before the move, provided extensive detail and multiple picture that documented a flight of stairs to go down at my house. Also asked them about their warranty coverage and was told they have 2 million of coverage in case of damages. They were understaffed with three movers; they should’ve had one more person (i’ve had this piano move before by other companies and previously four movers always did the work properly). The struggled getting the piano down the stairs. In the process they damaged the wall and they cracked a handrail along the staircase. Called and emailed their office multiple times about the damage and got no response at all. Ended up having to pay more to fix the damage than the cost of the move itself. It’s too bad they were not honest in the first place and refused to fix the damage that they created. Based upon other reviews apparently they’ve done this before. Recommend going with another company that is better staffed, more experienced, and more honest.
Very happy with their service. We hired them to move a baby grand into our house on the 2nd floor, and then move our old upright into another house. These guys did a fantastic job, took very good care of our new piano.
