Love my new awnings!!!! Recently we had a pretty big snowstorm and the weight of the snow was so heavy that it literally bent my awnings on the front and back of my house to the point where they even started to pull away from the house. I contacted Lifetime Awnings to give me an estimate after my insurance company would cover the damage. I called John, the owner and he came out the next day to look at the awnings and within a day he gave me an estimate. excellent customer service, great prices, and he did a phenomenal job. I love my little awning! It's perfect for what I needed. And it matches and looks great on my house. This company is great. The people are great and very professional. And I really like the fact that the awnings are American made and the company is Veteran owned. I would highly recommend Lifetime Awnings.
We met with the owner at our home to discuss a valance for our front porch. John is a veteran and very professional and personable! He measured, we chose a fabric, and can't wait to see the finished product on our porch! The fact that all the products John uses are made in America was a real deal maker! Stay tuned for pictures once the project is completed, but I am certain, it will be a job well done!
We hired John to have new awnings made for us. He came in to a mess. The first company (I will not name) left us with bare awnings and settings that they had messed up. John and his crew not only installed our replacement awnings, which he had the company custom make for us perfectly, they also spent literally hours fixing the problems that the first company created. The professional manner of John was spot on, he never ran down the other company. He took responsibility for making it right even when it wasn’t his problem. He had a minor surgery but still showed up to get the job done!
After being a happy owner for 8 years, I had some trouble with the motor. The owner made the trip from Washington to Colliers, WV to help me reset it. When a replacement was what was called for, he made the trip again with the installer. I was very satisfied with the attention to the work. I love my awning. Well, as much as one can love an inanimate object.
Great people to deal with. They did an excellent job installing our porch shades. When we needed a follow up visit they were quick to respond. We have recommended them to other people.
They solved my problems quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.
