I have been having a hard time getting my refund check from Lincoln Military Housing. I was charged a month of rent (even after PCSing). After calling to see why the allotment was not stopped, I was informed that whoever processed my paperwork didn't fill out the form correctly. I requested a refund check on the 28th of September, sending my forwarding address via email as requested. I was informed i should receive my check in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I have still not received it. After calling, I was informed the check was not sent and they requested my forwarding address again. I gave them my forwarding address over the phone and was told I should receive it in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, I still have not received my refund check. After calling again, I was informed the check was sent to my old address at Lincoln, even after providing my forwarding address 2 different times, using 2 different methods. (email and phone). It is now November 4th and I still have yet to receive my refund check. After each phone call, I've been told I would receive a phone call COB, but never seem to get a phone call back. It's quite disappointing and unacceptable. Update: November 24th, still waiting for my refund check. No one has been able to provide some sort of tracking number. I called today and was informed the check was sent on the 19 of October. I had called earlier this month and was informed the information was forwarded to the accountant on the 13th of November for review and cut of the check. No one seems to know what is actually going on.

It's a clean and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoy leaving close to the highway. Maintenance is always available when needed we have not had a problem in almost two years.
