Customer service is usually good when there is actually someone at the front to take your order but food is usually horrible. Use to love to go to this place but last handful of times pizza is old or super thin with no sauce or overcooked. Use to be great option for something quick not no more. Last pizza I got was hard as a rock and had no sauce and tasted like cardboard.

We got there around 6pm on 12/11 and waited 30-40 min on our “Hot and Ready” pizzas. It was 2 and they came out to 20. The parking lot filled up and emptied twice before we even got ours. Was asked 3 times on what we ordered while inside. The manager on shift kept going outside when employees kept asking for help. Others came in and ordered after we had ordered and left before we got our food. Highly don’t recommend. Better off going somewhere worth while. Prices are weirdly set and half the workers don’t know how to do their jobs which is literally put a pizza into and oven and then into a box. And only one employee had their mask on.

Even my daughter who loves pizza sauce says there's too much sauce on the pizza. They could make 3 pizzas with the sauce they use to make one. Ruined pizza
