Duchess II

Went for Covid vaccine. The portion of the facilities used that purpose was very nice. However, this is a multi building complex and one can get lost if you don't know where you are supposed to go. The underground parking is a bit disconcerting.

I recently completed a comprehensive evaluation with Cardiology Associates at Lafayette Center and the staff was excellent and very competent in administering recommended tests. Following tests, Dr. Lager was terrific with his thorough evaluation and excellent knowledgeable medical care answering all my concerns with the latest best practices and mastery of his craft. He was so supportive and allowed all the needed time to address questions and concerns. The visit to this office made up for deficits and disappointing prior experience with their Olney office and they clearly demonstrated state-of-the-art standard of care and competency with the delivery of their medical care.

Doctor Totri is the best at what she does. She'll Understand your needs and worries and is very open and professional in helping out. Helped me get my badly needed prescription. She's an asset to this hospital. Front desk was always great as well.

I really like every doctor that I've seen at Lafayette, but your phone system is the worst I've ever encountered anywhere. When trying to make appointments I am always on hold at least 30 minutes, after which I usually get frustrated and hang up. I tried for at least a month to get an appointment with a vascular surgeon per a recommendation from my cardiologist. Your office did call me twice to make an appointment and I was unavailable either time but when I called, I was never able to speak to a scheduler except one time after being on hold 45 minutes. She immediately told me her computer was down and she promised to call me back in a few minutes. She never called back. I finally got so disgusted I called Medical Faculty Associates at GW and immediately got an appointment with one of their surgeons. I really hate to change all my doctors but your phone system is horrendous. I complained to someone on my portal about it a couple of months ago and never got a response. You are going to lose more and more patients if you don't fix this. problem.
