I did not feel comfortable coming into the office for a COVID test. The staff was rude and they flout basic safety protocols.

Great doctors but sloppy front desk . Their phones are always on a system that says the office will answer at 8 am even at close to 10 am ! And Dr Miano assistant is ALWAYs \away from her desk attending to other patients \ Lucky patients ! It must be hard getting staff so one has to bear that in mind I guess ' the doctors are excellent tho but do they or will they get important messages ?
