I can't recommend Molly enough. Molly works with a lot of developers and is from the DC area, resulting in a strong knowledge of the DC market. She advised on good neighborhoods to target for my next investment property, leveraging her knowledge of ongoing development projects in the area. Molly is professional, a good negotiator, and remains calm in high stress situations. She also has an eye for design and was able to recommend expanding on a project to increase the bedroom count and overall revenue generated by the asset. Lastly, It took us 9 months to go under contract on an asset; she stuck with me the whole time and I never once felt rushed by her. Great commitment to the customer! TL; DR -- 5/5 stars. strong knowledge of local market, eye for design, entrepreneurial mindset, good consultant.

Molly exceeded our expectations in buying a new home. We were relocating to the DC area from out of state. From the very start, Molly listened to our needs, and kept in contact with us as we searched for a home from a distance. When we needed to see a new listing, she was able to quickly do a video tour for us. Even when things came on last minute, she was able to make it work. We made several in person visits, and Molly showed us the area. When we finally found the right home for us, she advised us throughout the process. Always there to answer our questions. Her patience, and calm helped us feel at ease throughout the closing process. I highly recommend Molly!
As a first time home buyer, Molly really made what could have been a super stressful process into something very manageable. She was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions and never made us feel like any of them were silly. The only problem in the whole process was that she helped us find a house so quick, that we didn't get a chance to work with her longer. We would recommend Molly to anyone looking to buy a house.
