Took my dog for his first visit for daycare on Tuesday. Lovely friendly staff and unlike other local daycares the procedures in place given current circumstances were amazing- able to book and pay online in advance, dog was wiped down and I took his collar and lead home and they provided their own collars. Pictures posted so I could see what he had been up to! And he’s still tired now 2days later! Wouldn’t go anywhere else

An excellent service and the staff are brilliant. We always board our Thomas here and we are never let down. The staff really care about animals. I would recommend here to board a pet.

Puppy play Saturday. We weren’t impressed. We took our two 8month old cockapoos. There was a small pug type dog there too. It was our first time. We felt ignored. The other dog bit one of our dogs and it was my daughter who got the other dog off her. The trainer never came over neither did the owners of the dog.Both of our dogs were frightened after this. The trainer did say , “the dog was funny for the first 15 minutes “ ! We paid 7.50 each for forty five minutes. We take them out in the field to play with other dogs for two hours and play with out any harm to any dogs and it’s FREE !!! We won’t be going back again and don’t rate this place

We came for our first time this morning to take our 2 year old Patterdale for a swim. He absolutely loved it. The lady who led the session was amazing with him and he picked it up so quick. She told uswhat she was doing at what time and gave him a little check up. We will definitely be doing this as a regular activity. Amazing.

My dog attends weekly medical hydrotherapy sessions and is doing fantastically well since combining them with pain meds. I’d totally recommend people to bring their dogs along for either a medical swim if necessary or just a fun swim. The staff are lovely with the dogs and it’s obvious they care for all the animals that come through their doors. Gillian has an amazing team of staff.
