The staff is great. They are very responsive to requests, especially maintenence. I love the location and the amenities are good. The noise can be a problem for light sleepers. I can hear my neighbors talking through the walls and heels clacking and bass from music travel through the vents. I'm on the top floor so it is a bit odd I can hear all this...but I am more sensitive to noise than other so might not be a problem for most.
Love the high quality finishes, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer. Great cell phone reception unlike other places in Navy Yard too! The move-in process could not have been easier and the front-desk staff was beyond helpful.
