Came in and the store was empty. A lady rudely asked me what I needed when she came in the entrance; 5 mins after my arrival. She was not helpful and was not willing to discuss option based on my preferences (2 year durability for a small space; wanting to discuss price options). She said she couldn't help me if I don't know what I want. Clearly, they're not concerned about getting business, making sales, or keeping customers.
