This has been one of the best experiences of drawing my blood I have ever experienced. My testing specialist Haamid greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! His dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism reflects great credit upon himself and the Quest Diagnostics brand. He genuinely truly cares about people and intentionally ensures excellent attention to detail to customers when serving them. I will be visiting Quest Diagnostics when I need more medical tests done. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars for without hesitating. Haamid deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition for his amazing friendly service and professionalism. Thanks Quest Diagnostics brand for hiring this jewel of an employee to represent your magnificent business!! :o)

I so wish I had gone to LabCorp instead for a Covid antibody test as this company is totally inept and after 3 months, 3 calls and 3 emails has refused to provide me with a proper invoice to submit to my insurance (I pre-paid for the test and was trying to get reimbursed for the 129)...I have found out that LabCorp will submit for you so this could have all been avoided...it's truly mind blowing that some companies can stay in business and not be able to provide the most basic of services.or respond to their customers....but live and learn and I know where to go next time. And from their response they didn't read or understand my comments as they keep saying they won't submit to insurance which I already knew but they won't even provide me with the proper information that I can submit which I find very fishy and odd for a medical facility-- the worst customer service of almost any business I've ever dealt with and from all the negative comments they know it but just don't care -- as I've said LabCorp will be my only testing facility in the future.
The staff and the assistance they provided was extremely helpful, professional, and exceptional as they exhibited patience and support. The COVID-19 safety precautions taken were effective! I did not have to wait extensively to be seen and I came in as a walk-in. In my opinion, this location is top-tier! Thank you ladies!
I have been to this location on several locations for blood draws and insurance-related annual appointments. Easy and quick process with appointments in advance. Very kind, friendly, and helpful staff; virtually painless blood draws. Only 4 stars as facility could use some upgrades and I have had issues with incorrect vitals being recorded for insurance visits.
Unbelievable customer service! So grateful for them! Donna was excellent at getting my blood draw done and so fast. Incredible spot!
