After losing my beloved Corgi at the ripe age of 14.6, I knew I needed another to mend my broken heart. Having no luck with breeders on the east coast, most of which were unfriendly and uncaring, my deep research landed me at Quivira Corgis. A little unsure at first, not knowing Kansas, I spent over an hour on the phone \grilling\ Natalie. She could not have been more gracious, more honest, more caring, and more professional. Immediately following, I made several more calls, and realized no one compared to Natalie. I chose my puppy, made transport arrangements, and was ready to get my new love. A week before the puppy was set to go, I shared with Natalie that my Golden was food aggressive and at 13, was not going to change, and wanted to make sure the puppy was right fit. She told me she did not think the one I chose was best, and asked me if I wanted another female she had (who she was planning to keep to breed) instead. I took her advice, my new girl arrived a few days later, and she could not be a more perfect fit. She was socialized, happy, easy going, and settled in on day one. Subsequently, Natalie and I had many calls, and as a Board member for a service group, inquired if she would be interested in her dogs for service. Natalie generously provided us with 6 corgis at a steep discount, and today, those dogs are with puppy raisers training to be service dogs. All of them are well adjusted, happy, friendly dogs that are going to go on and change someone's life. I have worked with many breeders in my life both personally and professionally. Natalie is as good as they get. Her dogs have wonderful temperaments, healthy, social and beautiful. She is a delight to deal with, incredibly responsive (always picks up my calls, day or night), and cares deeply about her dogs and her clients. I cannot say enough about her, and if I could give her 10 stars I would!!!!
