An absolutely perfect cafe! All the pastries I had there were fresh and delicious. Yesterday I had one of the best tiramisus: not overly sweet, light, airy, satisfying... Their coffee is excellent as well. The outside sitting area is cozy and provides a pleasant setting for a solo lunch, a coffee with a friend or a moment of inner tranquility over a cup of tea (an impressive selection of which is available). It is one of my favorite spots in Capitol Hill/Eastern market.

Love that they have outdoor dining during Covid! This was a lifesaver bc I needed to get work done - solid wifi. Also, staff was super friendly and attentive. Great iced lattes and pastry selection - also, they have a variety of packaged, imported Italian sweets, treats, and savory snacks.

The bread is easily the best in the city, fresh or not. Not fresh bread!!!! Make a casserole with any 1 or 2 day bread from Radici and it will change your life. Your taste buds will thank me. Also the pastas are solid, wine selection is great...

Great cafe in Eastern Market, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to offer a recommendation for pairing their large wine and food selection. Pre wrapped sandwiches are great in a rush. Vegetarian and vegan options as well. Indoor and outdoor seating available during COVID.
