The staff when I get there is normally very pleasant. There has been a time or two when there is someone else. Not as friendly or personal able. Rooms very in cleanliness. Same with shower heads.

We stopped unexpectedly. Booked our room online while traveling on the highway. It was after midnight and we had a dog with us. I was surprised by the cleanliness and modern decor. Staff was friendly. Check in and out was a breeze.
Number 1 Best allergy safe! place I've been yet ! I wish there was a category for folks with allergies. Good location. Easy access to I-70. Free paper. Walking distance to quick food. Floor was actually "not cold". Didn't need to have heat on at all. Room for carry on bag next to the nice large sink. Red Roof bumped Microtel from my number one destination so I can wake up with out a headache, CONSISTENTLY ! I wish all places would remove their carpet.
Filthy! Beds looked like someone just got up. Bathroom floor was dust and hair dander. As a matter of fact, the whole room looked as if it hadn't been swept in days! Doors don't get cleaned. The door is a joke just look at these pictures.(if you have a weak stomach don't look at the toilet one) Members are not greeted with your bottle of water. There's a fridge, microwave and safe. Small desk and a filthy office chair. I'm not even sitting on the accent chair . The place is updated but the help isn't.
Clean, well maintained. Staff helpful and available when you need them. Recommend.

Nice convenient place to stop, accidentally left items in fridge when checking out housekeeping had set it aside thankfully.
My first room smelled of smoke and had a burn mark on the toilet seat. The staff quickly changed my room and apologized for the inconvenience. 4 stars because the water tasted weird and was cloudy. Bring bottled water here.
